These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clavis AI mobile application ("the App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered through the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. License and Accessa. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Clavis AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
b. You may not: Modify, adapt, or hack the App or modify another website or mobile application so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the App. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Generative Design AI and Shoppinga. The App utilizes generative design AI technology to provide design recommendations and solutions based on user preferences and inputs.
b. The App includes shopping features that allow users to browse and purchase products related to design recommendations. These features may include affiliate marketing partnerships with third-party vendors.
c. Clavis AI is not responsible for the quality, availability, or delivery of products purchased through the App's shopping features. Users acknowledge and agree that all transactions are between the user and the third-party vendor, and Clavis AI disclaims any liability arising from such transactions.
3. Privacy Policya. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use the App.
4. Intellectual Propertya. All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by or licensed to Clavis AI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, or domain names of Clavis AI without prior written consent.
5. Terminationa. Clavis AI may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or liability.
6. Disclaimer of Warrantiesa. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Clavis AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the App.
7. Limitation of Liabilitya. In no event shall Clavis AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App.
8. Governing Lawa. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Termsa. Clavis AI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
